Blur frontman Albarn also uses the opportunity to express his dislike of Live 8: "I thought it was rubbish. the intention was good but it left everyone with an empty feeling. It should have been more of a celebration.

About The X Factor, he says: "I don't like [any of] that - it's a rubbish part of our culture; the sooner we bin it the better."

I played the alcohol game. I've been a boy in a man's body for such a long time. if Lisa [his wife] wasn't in my life, I'd be dead 150 times."
Ìý
