For two hours, Holmes combines the cream of showbiz and sports guests to set up the day of Saturday sporting action.

Olympic rower James Cracknell and presenter Ben Fogle, who are about to set off on their naked Atlantic row, will be in the studio with Eamonn.

James and his wife, Eamonn Holmes' co-presenter Beverley Turner, will say their last goodbye (for seven weeks) as James leaves the studio halfway through the programme to start the race in the Caribbean.
