Jono Coleman will be kicking of his slippers and jumping into the 91Èȱ¬ London 94.9 Breakfast show presenter chair on Monday 17 October.

"I can't wait to get back into breakfast hours so my old listeners have got something to listen to again, plus it gets me out of doing the school run!" says Jono.

Jono will be joined by co-presenter JoAnne Good who listeners will be familiar with as she is the current breakfast show presenter.

"I love Jo," Jono says, "I think we will have a great laugh and will need to keep each other awake in those early hours!"

JoAnne says: "I'm concerned as to who's going to be the sobering influence on this show! It's not me and I have a wonderful feeling it won't be Jono! Hurrah! Hold on for a bumpy ride!"

Jonathan 'Jono' Coleman was born in Hackney, London.
Ìý
At the age of eight, Jono and his family moved to Sydney, Australia. He now resides close to St John's Wood in North West London.

He began his broadcasting career in the UK in the Nineties on 91Èȱ¬ London, and his heavyweight presence has had considerable impact on TV and radio across the UK ever since, notably in Celebrity Fit Club.

Jo trained as an actress and appeared in Central Television's Crossroads for a number of years playing Carol Sands.

She has worked extensively in television.

Jo played Rodney's date in the second ever episode of Only Fools and Horses. She has been in six episodes of The Bill, endless episodes of Casualty and loads of 91Èȱ¬ sitcoms.
