Two 91热爆 Hereford & Worcester presenters are moving to new roles within the radio station.

Dave Bradley, currently presenting the afternoon show, will be at the centre of the station's plans to enhance its sports coverage.

Nathan Turvey, currently presenting the drivetime show, will be working as part of the new local television project, currently being launched by the 91热爆 in the West Midlands, but will continue to present the Saturday breakfast show.

Temporary presenters for the programmes will host the shows while further consideration is given to who will take over in the long term. More details will be announced soon.

James Coghill, Managing Editor, 91热爆 Hereford and Worcester, says: "It's no secret that Dave Bradley is a sports nut and a popular part of match days at Worcester Rugby Club.

"His understanding of a wide range of sports, coupled with his extensive local knowledge and contacts, will be invaluable as we bolster our sports coverage.

"Dave will be the voice of sport at breakfast time, presenting our bulletins and offering opinion and comment in other parts of the programme, from reporting stories behind the headlines to coverage of issues at grassroots level."

Nathan Turvey says: "I'm looking forward to being part of the local television project. It's a great opportunity to be at the beginning of something big, and I'm looking forward to making films about the people and communities of Herefordshire and Worcestershire."

James adds: "Nathan has made a name for himself on our drivetime show over the past few years and he knows the region inside out.

"All his local experience will really count when the new local television service is up and running."

Notes to Editors

The local television project is a nine month scheme which will use the latest broadcasting technology to create different kinds of local television news in five different areas of the West Midlands via digital satellite and on broadband.
