The 91Èȱ¬'s Director of Marketing, Communications & Audiences Tim Davie today unveiled his new senior management team which will lead the 91Èȱ¬'s marketing in to the digital, on-demand world.

Davie said the team could now focus on delivering the changes resulting from a 91Èȱ¬-wide Value For Money Review earlier this year.

These changes include new ways of working and creating new integrated marketing and communications roles at all levels, while losing 115 posts across the division.
Ìý
The new structure streamlines the senior MC&A leadership team from more than 20 direct reports to eight business leaders, heading integrated teams covering marketing, communications and audience insights and research.
Ìý
The eight teams are: Communications, Brand & Planning, Audiences, Television, Radio & Music, New Media and Digital, Journalism and Out of London - which oversees activity in the nations and English regions.

Tim Davie, who joined the 91Èȱ¬ from PepsiCo in April, told the division: "It's great to be able to pull together a team of such broad experience and expertise.
