A special edition of Fighting Talk - the satirical sporting quiz programme hosted by Christian O'Connell - will be broadcast on 91热爆 Radio Five Live today.

For the first time the guests will not in the main be comedians or sports pundits but politicians in the midst of the General Election campaign.
听
The programme will be faithful to the format of the original show where deft punditry is rewarded with points and flummering flannel punished by groans and deductions by Christian, the all-powerful chairman.
听
The Election special, from 7.00 to 8.00pm today, is part of Five Live's General Election offering.
听
The programme features politicians Alan Duncan (Conservative), Lembit Opik (Liberal Democrat) and Stephen Pound (Labour), plus comedian
Bob Mills.

Five Live Controller Bob Shennan said: "Fighting Talk is becoming something of an institution on Five Live now, and the style of the show lends itself to political debate.

"I think the show will inject a bit of fun into the proceedings and should make for compulsive listening."
