Edith Bowman was crowned the winner of Comic Relief Does Fame Academy tonight after a nail-biting finale live on 91热爆 ONE on Red Nose Night Live '05.

Kim Medcalf came second and Adrian Edmondson was third.
听
Comic Relief Does Fame Academy raised a record breaking 拢1,322,973.
听
Thirteen celebrity students began the series on Saturday 26 February, with 11 gaining a place in the academy on Wednesday 2 March.
听
From 2 to 10 March, each night, the students had to sing in the circle of fear, facing the public, the judges and their fellow students vote - with one expelled from the academy every night.
听
In the semi-final earlier tonight three finalists performed their favourite songs from the series. After the public vote only Kim and Edith were left.
听
The two finalists then performed new songs they had learnt earlier in the day at the academy.
听
Edith was crowned at 10.45pm.
