Grab your chance to present the news alongside Nick Owen,
Suzanne Virdee or Steve Clamp for
one day only, between 11.00am and 4.00pm on 28 October at The Mailbox.
To celebrate 91热爆 Midlands Today's move to 91热爆 Birmingham's new home
at The Mailbox, the 91热爆 Public Space is marking the occasion by inviting
the public to come along, participate and become a television presenter
for the day.
Midlands Today begins broadcasting from The Mailbox on Monday 25 October
and to highlight the move, a special mini-set is being erected, including
a desk, camera and autocue, complete with real-life presenter who will
sit and read the news with members of the public.
Nick, Suzanne and Steve will take it in turns to sit alongside visitors
to the 91热爆 Public Space, reading a mock-up of a Midlands Today bulletin
from the autocue, with their performance being recorded by the crew.
Schedule for 28 October 2004:
11.00am - Steve Clamp
12.30pm - Nick Owen

Chas Watkin, Editor of Midlands Today, says: "This is a fantastic
opportunity for members of the public to visit our new home at The Mailbox,
meet the presenters and also get to record their own news bulletin.
"Who knows, we may find the next generation of 91热爆 Midlands Today
