Pop Idol finalist Roxanne Cooper and Big Brother contestant Dan Brian have been lined up to appear at the 91热爆 Children in Need 25th anniversary concert in Hull.

The pair will be performing songs at the gig in West Park on Anlaby Road on 19 November 2004 alongside girl group Ttorria, organisers confirmed today.

And three more big name acts are set to be announced in the next few weeks, as well as who will be hosting the event.

Roxanne, who came sixth in the second series of Pop Idol, said: "I'm really excited about the Children in Need concert 聳 it'll be great to play to such a big crowd in my home town.

"I'm planning to play three exclusive tracks from my new album which I have been recording over the last year with Hull-based producer, Gary Miller. We're hoping the record will be released in the New Year."

Roxanne also revealed she has been working with the writer behind Kylie's smash hit Can't Get You Out Of My Head on some of the songs on the album.

"We've not yet decided which songs we'll play from the CD. But as it's Children in Need I'll do my best to put on a great show for everyone."

Hull musician Dan, who finished third in the last series of Big Brother, will be treating fans to three songs with his long-running band Icehouse.

His show will include the debut live performance of the band's new single Nowhere to Run.

Dan said: "I'm really looking forward to playing my first gig since I came out of the Big Brother household. I wanted that first concert to be in my hometown.

"And what's even better is it will all be in aid of Children in Need, which is one of the best causes there is. So come on Hull, let's party for Pudsey!"

Vocal harmony group Ttorria, from Boston, Lincolnshire, will be performing tracks from their debut album Rockaholics Anonymous at the show.

The group are fast earning themselves a reputation as one of the hottest girl groups in the UK and Europe.

Preparations are now in full swing for the 19 November party which is one of three Children in Need concerts being held as part of the 25th Children in Need fundraiser.

Crowds in Carlisle and Gloucester will also be partying the night away.

Last year's Children in Need appeal raised 拢30m.
