2. Allow everyone a daily scalp massage, free on the NHS.
3. Give in to those who say football is the new religion. De-establish
the Church of England, make the Chief Executive of the Premier league
the head of the new official faith, to be called Church of the Latter
Day World Cup Winners.

1. Ban people from eating burgers on trains.
2. Ban cyclists from riding on the pavement.
3. Make it law that homework should be done at school, so
parents can't get the blame if it is wrong.
4. Put cricket on television 24 hours a day.
5. Give writers more money.

I agree with Nick and I would also introduce the death penalty for
makers of computer games.
