Creative & Business Director, 91Èȱ¬ in-house Comedy

Anne Gilchrist became Creative & Business Director, 91Èȱ¬ in-house Comedy in September 2009. Prior to this, she was Controller of C91Èȱ¬, commissioning all C91Èȱ¬ content appearing on 91Èȱ¬ One, 91Èȱ¬ Two and the C91Èȱ¬ channel with responsibility for the C91Èȱ¬ brand in all its manifestations across marketing, scheduling, online and presentation.

After many years working in production on a diverse selection of programming - such as Incredible Games, Live And Kicking, Blue Peter and The Ant And Dec Show - she went on to be Head of Development and Head of Entertainment for C91Èȱ¬ and latterly C91Èȱ¬'s Executive Editor of Independents and Events.

She also spent two years working closely with former 91Èȱ¬ One Controller Lorraine Heggessey as 91Èȱ¬ One's Channel Executive.

Anne is currently on attachment elsewhere in the 91Èȱ¬ and Damian Kavanagh is acting Controller, C91Èȱ¬.
