on the Italian team.

| How
is Italy preparing for the World Cup? |
| Italy's
preparation has been very good, they've had excellent friendlies,
all the players are fit young and experienced. |
| How
do you think Italy will do in the World Cup? |
| Very
well, we have a strong defence, and if Vieri stays fit we have
the most exciting strike force in the World cup, we also have
Totti, Montello who are hot at the moment. I think we'll win
the World cup, the climate will suit their game and the pressure's
not on them, like it is on France and Argentina. |
| Who
is Italy's best player and why? |
| Christian
Vieri is firing on all cylinders at the moment, he's scored
30 goals for Milan and he's my hot tip for the golden boot. |
| What
do you think to the England side? |
| England
have a very good chance, it all depends on Eriksson, he's knows
how to win games with his tactics. It's England's strongest
side since 1990. Eriksson is prepared to play for the draw if
he has to. |
| Where
will you be watching the matches? |
| In
the restaurant or at home, depending on when I work. |
