is your country preparing for the World Cup? |
| As usual,
World Cup fever is beginning to dominate. Most of the newspapers
are full of World Cup stories on back and front pages, and everywhere
you look, shops and businesses are attempting to set up televsions
or big screens to broadcast the matches to their customers.
There's even a church which has installed a TV screen for Sunday
morning matches! |
| How
do you think England will do in the World Cup? |
| Being realistic,
the draw did England no favours. Even if they get through their
very difficult group, the path to glory will probably put France,
then Brazil, then Argentina in their way! I think England will
qualify for the second round by finishing second in their group.
Then, they'll go out to France. |
| Who's
your best player and why? |
| David Beckham.
He has everything. Flair, massive ability, strength, speed,
a crossing ability second to none, and for the first time in
a World Cup, the temperament to go with it. Let's hope he's
fit! |
