Mary's sweet suprise

Mary Scott Morgan shares with us her delicious recipe for strawberry ice cream.

But don't worry about those waistlines - it's sugar free - so you can eat as much as you like!

Ingredients (serves four):

• A few tablespoonfuls of single cream
• A punnet of strawberries

How to make it:

Take a punnet of strawberries, rinse and destalk them, and cut into quarters.

Freeze on a baking sheet.

Just before serving, place strawberries in food processor.

Add a few tablespoonfuls of single cream (or non-dairy cream if preferred), and process to a soft-scoop consistency.

Serve at once.
