Hightailer cocktail

not shaken but stirred!

TGI Friday's has just opened a new restaurant on the Cornerhouse complex in Nottingham.

To celebrate the opening they popped in with some drinks.

As always, these recipes have been carefully taste-tested in the 91훑괵 Nottingham Online kitchen by impartial observers during 's regular Monday cooking feature.

Verdict: summer fun!

Hightailer:

Ingredients (to make one cocktail)

1oz orange juice
1oz sweet and sour (sweetened lemon juice)
0.5oz blackcurrant cordial

Method:

1. Stir briefly then top with lemonade.
2. garnish with a wedge of fresh lime.
3. Enjoy.
