Clothes = personality
the clothes people wear express their personality so if women want
to go out in skimpy out fits then why not? So long as they're not
showing off too much i think it's all right. But like someone sed,
a lot of girls are starting to dress like prostitutes, plus some have
a terrible figure. I know we're told to be xcomfortable with the figure
we've got and wear what we want, but fat woman in skimpy outfits is
just sickening.

The arab world has got it right covering the women up completly. It
gives fellas the opportunity to dream about what might be and not
the disapointment of having to view pounds of extra flesh tied up

I think women should wear exactly what they want and as little or
as much as they like. BUT if they're not wearing much they shouldn't
complain when a bloke then looks at the item ( eg legs ) that they
are "displaying" ! They obvioulsy WANT to display their good points
but seem to think they can then deny other people enjoying it !!

Hey there, I am from Long eaton.... and I dont ifnk none of us are
underdressed. yeah maybe some r, but at night clubbing ur all crazy,
and wild, u want 2 look sexy, and at ur best, u wouldnt want 2 go
out in town in serious clothes.... theres loads of different fashions
now a days, and every1 goes for different things, we all wear stuff
that some people dont approve of... even girls my age, 14, wear clothes
but i dont belive in wearing skimpy clothes my age, but we wear da
latest fashions!! just lay off em, if they/ we want 2 waltz round
town in a v. short crop top, and a mini skirt, then it aint hurting
no1, so just lay off.... the problem is youngsters dressing sexy,
a teenager wouldnt wear dat kind of stuff as a pervy man, or woman
may fink they are up for it, and think they are older than they are!!

club wear
I sometimes go out at weekends wearing about 3-4 layers and still
feel cold, I can't believe the amount of clothing the girls I see
out around the city centre are wearing.. or not wearing! I am not
saying they don't look attractive because a lot of them do (and a
few really don't), but they can show off their 'wares' in the clubs/bars
when they get there! I know I do feel the cold more than some others
but even in the middle of winter there's still crowds of freezing
shivering girls on the streets. At first I thought maybe they just
don't feel it, maybe they are a new cold-resistant generation, but
I have seen many of these strange masochistic people running in their
high heels to keep warm, teeth chattering. WHY?? Is it just pure vanity?
Showing off what they have to one and all (not much left to the imagination
to say the least!) What is stopping them putting a coat or jumper
on top, you can always strip layers off when you get inside! Is it
maybe that the price of putting your coat in the cloakroom is too
much? Are clubs to blame for cashing in on this? Myself, I can't understand
why anyone would want to put themselves through the suffering and
inviting colds and flu.

Men wil not wear the mini skirt as that is reserved for the women
who considers herself a sex object trying to attract a success object.
The FLIRTACIOUS MUGGER? Feels power showing her sexuaul power on the

Well gidday all.. Im a kiwi guy just looking around on the net, trying
to find out about a nice city in england to go and live for a while...
Ive got to say nottingham is at the top of the list now that i know
its full of scantily clad sexy english woman.. Though i suspect what
you think is a mini skirt is the same as what aussie woman might wear
to a funeral, but even so, if the woman are happy to wear it and deal
with the cold surely they have as much right to dress like that as
those who would prefer to wear there big lezzo wooley pullovers, flares
and "comfortable" shoes. Each to there own i say.. lets enjoy the
freedoms that we have fought so hard to get. If you find someones
dress sence not to your taste, dont look at it.. Maybe someone feels
the same way about the way you dress.. I know my crap dress sense
must offend anyone who likes harmony and flow in clothing style..
but too bad.. Maybe I dont like there slavish need to buy certain
fashions, but Id never dream of telling them how to dress.. I like
the diverstity ... If i want to see sheep ill stay in nz. Besides..
It'll help the population growth..

It's perfectly acceptable to wear skimpy clothes if they look good.
Unfortunately most girls these days tend to wear very cheap clothes
that have no class or style. They also seem to have little concept
of what suits them. For instance, fat legs and short skirts don't
look good tegether. Having poor dress sence seems to a reginal thing.
Nottingham girls are pretty bad offenders but Manchester girls are
without doubt the worst.

Why has everyone always got something to say about what other people
are wearing!? If I'm getting a taxi to a club I dont wear a coat because
I know I will only be outside a few minutes, but if I'm walking I

You're all lucky Nottingham is not Cardiff, whose climate of nasally
irritating damp air caused by the Bristol Channel's strong tides,
it's a race crime for the media not to automatically publicise. How
many other places in the world are there with the same problem? Growing
up in Cardiff and constantly feeling like I had a cold deprived me
until age 25 of discovering my gorgeous minority identity of adoring
to wear shorts all year round, and of knowing it's not harmful to
health. Am now 33. I wear modest bulky shorts, and thick socks below
-5. Below -8 my limit so far, or -2-5 on wet-cold type or very wind
chilled days, or 0 for astronomy, I wear a cloak length coat over
my shorts, but never long trousers. In an invited submission to the
Scottish parliament's present equal opportunities enquiry I wrote
"the link that is now understood between high metabolism and skin
sensit! iv! ity proves shortism is scientifically serious and not
frivolous", hence that all dress codes and uniforms are against interantional

Wearing a miniskirt can be really smart when team up with a smart

I
don't agree with all the comments ,about moral decay and the way young
Nottingham girls are dressed. In the first place you are talking about
young girls. who like to ware short skirts and flirt with boys, they

few drinks and enjoy themselves, and yes they have sex somesomtimes.Leave

It happens in
other parts of Europe when the Brits go on holiday, so why shouldn't
the holiday atmosphere pervde out city, unless it causes offence

crime free, the young people should be able to play as hard as they

In Chinese there
goes a maxim: "Don't stare at something that's immoral.' So,while

Unfortunately
the young think it is good to walk about the city and towns at night
worst for drink with next to minimal clothing on.I am agreat believer
that the young these days have no common sense and decide to freeze
to death in the winter.Thw women unfortunatlely decide to be exhibitionists
and flaunt their bodies which is ok as long as it is in the act

Wearing clothes
is totally about expressing yourself. People should be able to wear
what they want and more importantly, wear what makes them feel comfortable

have no freedom of expression and ultimately no individuality. Nottingham

Mini-skirts
(dresses) have been around since they were worn in the 60's. It's

We can only hope people will know and respect those times.

I'm from Canada
and was visiting my relatives in Nottingham late last fall. I was
amazed of the lack of clothing that the women were wearing considering
the temperature outside. Nobody was wearing a jacket when they went
out for the night. I didn't mind what they were wearing, but sometimes
you need to be a little more practical when it's cold. I saw several
groups of women gathered together trying to keep warm while waiting
to get into a pub. Cover up girls...then take it off when you get
inside.

So what if people
don't cover up more when its cold, when you spend most of the evening
