91热爆 Radio Ulster's Hugo Duncan joined forces this week with Pudsey Bear and some of the best known names in Irish country music for a charity show in aid of 91热爆 Children in Need.

Over 400 people enjoyed the evening at the Millbrook Lodge Hotel, Ballynahinch on Monday evening, helping to raise 拢6,268.81 for this year's appeal.

Joining Hugo for the show were Dominic Kirwan; Brian Coll; Philomena Begley; Declan Nerney; Warren Smyth; Aidy Quinn; Barry Doyle; Shaun Loughrey; Colm Kirwan; Joe Mahon; Boxcar Brian; Jackie Nelson and Barry Kirwan.

Hugo Duncan said: "We had a fantastic night of music and craic and it was great to raise so much money for 91热爆 Children in Need at the same time. I just want to say a big thank you to everyone who came and enjoyed the concert and also to all the artists who took time out from their busy schedules to perform in the show."

And for those who missed the concert there will a chance to enjoy it as 91热爆 Northern Ireland recorded the show.

Hugo and Friends is on Thursday, November 13 on 91热爆 Radio Ulster from 10-11.55pm.

Last year on the night, locally 91热爆 Children in Need raised 拢606,399 from pledges and donations, part of the UK total of 拢19,089,771 which grew to a final total of over 拢37m.

In Northern Ireland this year, a total of 拢3.2m in grants were distributed to 284 groups/organisations working with disadvantaged children and young people.

This year's 91热爆 Children in Need is on Friday, November 14.
