OUTLAWED SKUNK

The owner of one "head shop" says she'll campaign against what she describes as "prohibition" as the Irish Government ban so-called "legal highs". Helen Stone of the "Funky Skunk" in Cork spoke to Mark Patterson after spending the day bringing substances to the Gardai which had been banned overnight by the Irish authorities. He asked if she'd realised the ban was coming.
