Exercise is one of the things that can help your state of mind - and boxing, like it or hate it, is probably one of the most strenuous forms of exercise that exists. Eve Blair went to the Oak Leaf Boxing Club in Brandywell in Derry, to see how young boxers there are keeping fit - and finding out if they're happier as a result. Eugene O'Kane from the club showed her around.
