This week Geoff Doyle, James Burridge and Jon Raitt were all in attendance as they took a more spiritual approach to the MNS challenge and headed to Balance Studio in Northampton to try Yoga. They were watched over by Kerry Clarke who's the owner of the Northampton studio and a yoga instructor. CSV Action's Ally Dunn was also there to lend her support and commentate on their yoga positions:
