It was a dark gloomy night, all I could here was the chugging of trains coming towards me. I was stood next to the rails, the train sped past, instantly a vision of me being pushed onto the track, flashed into my head and left as quick as you could say, BANG. I woke up in hospital, family gathered around me. I don't remember anything, only reading a news paper with the headline, "Man In Hospital After Being Pushed Onto Rails." I instantly jumped, feeling my arms, legs and body. All was numb. Blood hissing from every wound on my injured body. I could see the train in the distance; I was left lying there on the warm sleepers which were being flooded by my blood. The nurse was taking more blood, flashback were zooming around my confused head. But were they flashbacks? Police began to quickly fill the cramped, stuffy hospital room. I felt as if I've heard these questions, these echos all before. Nurses and doctors walked around ghost like, all in white. They looked like Crime Scene Investigation Officers that were pictured on the paper and on the news. I began to glare more harder at the darkened paper, as I drew closer to the image, I realized that the man on the track, was me. |
