Step 6
Put the cane through the hole in the material so the puppet looks like this.

Step 7
Take the toilet roll tube and cut a cross in the middle of it, using scissors. You need to do this both sides.

Step 8
Now push the cane stick through the holes and move the tube up as far as it will go.

Step 9
Next, take the two wooden sticks and using the rubber bands, secure the end of the stick to each corner of the material to make arms.
