Oh, how cruel Fame Academy can be. There's such
a lot of talent in the house, the showdowns are always going to
be tense, but it seems life in the Academy is tough at the best
of times.
Now, the C91热爆 studio as you know, is smack bang
in the middle of the students backyard and if they're stressed,
we know about it.
After just 24 hours, Carolynne, Alistair, and Louise
were in floods of tears, unable to cope with the pressure. On Friday,
Gary saw the doctor because of an ear infection. For some reason,
Simone spent ALL of Friday in bed until 4.30pm!
Saturday's showdown was always gonna be a big moment
for the students, and they didn't disappoint.
Peter (who is a nice guy, and made me a cup of
tea when I interviewed him the other day), and Alex (who brought
her own hair wax into the academy and refuses to use any other)
were on top form.
It came down to Louise, Gary and Audley for who
would leave the treadmill of talent.
Don't forget the public didn't vote Audley in,
the students saved him! Eventually he was told he would be leaving.
It's a shame 'cause he's a very friendly, gentle and talented guy
who is really hungry for it!
Lets hope he gets the opportunity to show what
he can do elsewhere because the Fame Academy's standards are very
very high and unfortunately for Audley, the performance was not
there on the night!
Anyway, keep it with C91热爆 at the Fame Academy for
all the latest news, and check out my latest entry in the next couple
of days.

As I write this, for the first time, the air is
full of the noise of Academy students rehearsing, learning, laughing,
and crying their way through the latest term here at the Academy.
After 12,000 auditions, the final lucky 13 entered
the Academy at 11.15pm and proceeded to sit up chatting, drinking,
chilling, and being generally over excited until almost 3am.
Expect Kevin Adams to make them pay in full for
actually daring to have fun when they have their first fitness lesson
on Friday morning!
Today was really exciting, the students were paraded
on their new decking area to the press while we were live on 91热爆2
this morning, they looked like rabbits caught in the headlights.
It was a far cry from about 12 hours before when
I grabbed them all to wish them the best of luck and they were just
itching to get through the hallowed wooden doors!
Just for the record, Carolynne and Louise are beautiful,
Alex (the girl) has AMAZING eyes. Audley is a really cool guy and
Alistair is pretty quiet. Those are my thoughts anyway, you may
disagree - if you do don't forget you can email fameacademy.cbbcstudio@bbc.co.uk
and let us know what you think.
So this is where it all begins. I remember the
likes of Sinead, Ainsley, and Chris sweating their way through Kevin's
classes almost a year ago, and over the next nine weeks we'll discover
the next David Sneddon.
For the record, the standard is high, so get ready
to love Fame Academy 2003!!!!
Oh year, scary moment yesterday. Carrie Grant made
me and Holly sing live on TV ahead of our singing lessons! Eek,
we've become honorary Fame Academy students. Check
out that moment for yourself.
Bye for now.

BIG NEWS ALERT!! I've just left the main Fame Academy
studio where the final six students, singing for their place in
the Academy, are rehearsing for Wednesday evening.
They sounded great and I was speaking to David
Grant who was saying that there are some real gems in the final
few.
The really strange thing about this show is that
the faves always seem to fall by the wayside, and the people who
no-one sees much of may well go on to grab a victory.
Jake talks to David
Grant about student success
So keep watching carefully and send us an email
to the C91热爆 studio at the Fame Academy and let us know what YOU
think of the students!!
Today is the first full day for us, we were live
this morning to the nation on C91热爆 on 2 - Jeremy Milnes the personal
tutor was with us and revealed how hard life must be for the guys
being cooped up in the secret hotel, particularly with me sneaking
around and trying to interview them!
There is a real sense of anticipation here at
the moment, with all the students arriving tomorrow. Everyone just
wants to get on with the show and get the student in, learning how
to be superstars.
Make sure you stick with C91热爆 every step of the
way, the students all enter the academy tomorrow...and that's when
the fun really starts!!!!!

Fame Academy 2 has begun, and as always C91热爆 were
first with the news and gossip. You may have seen our first live
show from the Academy before anyone else last weekend as part as
Top Of the Pops Saturday.
We met the first seven hopefuls, and just seven
hours later the first four students were granted keys to the academy.
However, they won't enter until the Wednesday 6 August, so until
then they are holed up in a secret hotel in north London awaiting
their fate.
Now sssssssssh, but I was the only person who managed
to sneak past security to chat to the luck four. It was great to
sit and have a chat to them, Louise is beautiful and Gary is a messy
bloke who was busy ironing. It is tough for
them as they can't leave their rooms for the next two weeks!
I've been hanging around with Pat and Cat the last
few days, rehearsing our show and making sure Holly is up to speed
with my usual practical jokes! I can't wait
for it all to begin really.
Right now I'm at home having been down the gym
this morning - you need to be fit for 10 weeks of live TV!
So make sure you watch our first show on Monday
4 August 4th at 5.30pm on C91热爆1 and the C91热爆 channel, I'll see ya
there.
If I mess up my words you'll know I spent more
time chatting to the gorgeous Cat Deeley than learning my lines!!
See ya round.
