Jersey sets out care home abuse claim levels
Jersey's government has set out the terms and levels of compensation victims who were abused while in care homes on the island can claim.
They will be offered up to 拢60,000 compensation from the States.
More than 100 former care home residents will be able to make claims, with the level of payout dependent on the nature of the offences.
