Your pictures: Corners

Every week we publish a gallery of readers' pictures on a set theme. This week's is corners and we start with this photo sent in by Steven May.

Brandy Little: "A mixture of school books and personal interest books. Their well worn corners show the laughs, the tears, the smiles, the frustration, and the life they each evoked."

Amanda M Wright: "The sunlight in Arizona is just incredible. This was taken on my parent's porch in Tucson."

Gareth Dunnett: "My son was trying go-carting for the first time and absolutely loving it. I was trying to get the hang of panning to capture the speed and excitement of the day, the photo is not 100% perfect but I love all the zig-zags in the background."

Michael Sayles: "During a trip to Chicago I wandered down to the home of the Chicago Bears American Football team and noticed this interesting part of the stadium."

Bhagawati Morris: "Taken on a hot pre-monsoon day on Bali. I like the lines, square tiles and the corner of the plunge pool that are softened by the Frangipani blossoms drifting towards the edge."

Dorian Hasimi: "A building in downtown Miami, Florida."

Amitoj Gill: "The many corners and geometric shapes in this view down a pedestrian subway on Baker Street in London caught my eye."

Eden Richardson: "This is my first tattoo and its on the top right corner of my back. It symbolises water."

Tessa Davidson: "Frosted corners of a cobweb."

Alan Speirs: "At the National History Museum I spotted this little corner tucked away in a display. It's a wonderful place to get lost in little nooks and crannies with all sorts of photogenic delights waiting to be found."
