Your pictures: Halloween
Every week we publish a gallery of readers' pictures on a set theme. This week the theme is Halloween and we start with this spooky image by Martin Currah.
Charles Spencer: "A pumpkin for Halloween. The lens was zoomed during exposure to create the glow effect."
Alli Ladd: "The dance team at Parkway North High dresses up once a year for the traditional Halloween dance. "
Pavlina Gavrilova: "There are three families in our neighbourhood that decorate their houses for Halloween every year; they install the appropriate illumination and play scary sounds. Many people come to watch as a big attraction."
Dee Ell: "A formal invite picture, taken for a Halloween party bash at our house. No actual pumpkins were hurt, maimed, carved, slashed, burned or eaten during the making of this invitation."
Shelley Cummings: "My nephew taking his own photograph whilst I'm taking one of him. His mask is captured in his camera."
Janaki Wallooppillai: "I was walking around Harvard Square in Cambridge Massachusetts on Halloween and people were drawing pumpkins on the brick pathways. Some were abandoned empty and some were filled in with features and colours."
Jeff Picoult: "This creepy witch made her appearance at our yearly Halloween party." Next week's theme is Bonfire Night. To enter send your pictures to yourpics@bbc.co.uk; follow the link below this gallery for more details and terms.
