Snowdonia avalanche death man is named
The walker who died after an avalanche in Snowdonia on Saturday has been named.
Martin Richard Coleman, 36, from Bodfari in Denbighshire, was swept down a gully when snow hanging over a ridge he was walking on collapsed.
He was with two women on Y Garn, in the Glyder range, and fell about 500ft (150m) shortly after 14:00 GMT on Saturday.
An inquest into his death has been opened and adjourned to a later date.
