Two men have appeared in court charged with the murder of a man who was found outside a hospital.
Conall Evans of Pentre, Rhondda Cynon Taf, was found injured in a car park outside Tonypandy's Ysbyty Cwm Rhondda.
Dewi Morgan, 24, from Trealaw, and Ashley Davies, 30, from Pentre, are accused of murdering the 30-year-old on New Year's Day.
They are also charged with possession of a bladed or sharply pointed item in public without good reason.
They spoke only to confirm their names, dates of birth and addresses at Merthyr Tydfil Magistrates' Court and were remanded in custody.
The cases have been sent to Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court, sitting in Cardiff, on 5 January.
