Yousaf's brother-in-law re-arrested after man falls from window
Humza Yousaf's brother-in-law and two others have been re-arrested after a man was seriously injured falling from a window in Dundee.
Ramsay El-Nakla, Stephen Stewart and Victoria McGowan had appeared in court on Monday accused of drug charges and were granted bail.
All three were subsequently re-arrested in connection with a separate incident in the city's Morgan Street.
Police said a 36-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Officers said they had received a report that a man had fallen from a flat at about 08:20 on 10 January.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Two men, aged 50 and 36, and a 41-year-old woman were arrested on 15 January in connection with an incident on Morgan Street, Dundee on 10 January.
"They have been released pending further inquiries."
Mr El-Nakla is the brother of Mr Yousaf's wife Nadia.
The trio appeared in court on Monday accused of being concerned in the supply of heroin at an address in Dundee's Balmoral Gardens on 11 January.
They are also accused of possessing cocaine and cannabis on the same date.
They made no plea at hearings in private before Sheriff George Way and were granted bail.
