Man, 55, dies after two go missing from Alloa reservoir
A 55-year-old man has died after concern was raised for two men at a reservoir in Clackmannanshire.
Ian McBurney's body was recovered at about 12:30 on Boxing Day. A Police Scotland search for the other man is ongoing.
The force said it was made aware of "concern for two men" at Gartmorn Dam Country Park in Sauchie, near Alloa, on Christmas Eve.
Local reports suggest they may have been fishing at the site.
A police spokesperson said: "A search and rescue operation was launched and the body of a 55-year-old man was located. He has been formally identified and his family has been notified. "Searches are continuing to locate the other man."
