Police cordon off cemetery after unexplained death
Detectives have launched an investigation after a body was found in a graveyard in Dundee city centre.
The discovery was made at about 09:20 at the Howff in Meadowside.
Police cordoned off the cemetery and nearby Barrack Street, with uniformed and plain-clothes officers in attendance.
A force spokesman said: "The death is currently being treated as unexplained and inquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances."
The Barrack Street cordon was lifted at about 11:15, but the graveyard - which dates back to 1564 - remains closed.
