Boy, 13, charged over alleged attack outside Glasgow high school
A 13-year-old boy has been charged in connection with an alleged attack outside a Glasgow high school that left another teenager in hospital.
The 14-year-old boy required treatment following the incident near Lourdes Secondary, Cardonald, on Friday.
Glasgow City Council said staff had reacted "swiftly" and that police were investigating.
The teenager is expected to appear before Glasgow Sheriff Court at a later date.
Officers cordoned off a nearby footpath for several hours after the alarm was raised at 14:00.
The school had texted family members to stress that pupils were safe.
The victim is recovering from his injuries.
