Man, 66, dies after two-vehicle crash in St Andrews

A 66-year-old man has died following a two-vehicle crash in St Andrews.

Emergency services were called to Links Crescent at about 10:10 and an air ambulance later landed on the nearby Old Course.

The road was closed while emergency services attended and has since reopened.

Police said the man died on his way to hospital. A 51-year-old woman who was driving the other car suffered a leg injury.
