No criminality after 'rape' reported near city bar
A 41-year-old man has been released without charge after he was arrested in connection with the alleged rape of a woman in Dundee.
Police Scotland earlier said officers were investigating a report of a serious sex assault on New Inn Entry.
The man was arrested within hours of the alarm being raised at about 01:40 on Wednesday.
But a force spokesman later said: "Inquiries have concluded and no criminality was established."
