Cultra: Man in his 60s dies in single-car crash
A man in his 60s has died after a single-car crash in Cultra in County Down.
It happened at about 14:00 BST near the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum.
The A2 Belfast to Bangor dual carriageway had been closed but has since reopened.
The PSNI, Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS), Air Ambulance and Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service attended.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
A Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS) service spokesman the NIAS had received a 999 call following reports of a single vehicle car crash. A Rapid Response Paramedic and Emergency Crew was despatched.
The Charity Air Ambulance with crew on board was also tasked to attend by ambulance control.
North Down Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) Assembly member Stephen Dunne described it as a "real tragedy," and sent his condolences to the family.
