Sandy Row: Man released in racist hate crimes investigation
A man who was arrested over a spate of racially-motivated crimes against a local business owner in Sandy Row in Belfast has been released on bail.
The 56-year-old man was detained on Saturday on suspicion of arson, threats to damage property, harassment and intimidation and a threat to kill.
The shutters of a shop in Sandy Row were set on fire on two consecutive nights in April.
The suspect was released pending further police inquiries.
