Antrim: Man dies after fire at Dunamoy Drive apartment
A man has died following a fire in Antrim.
The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS) was called to a blaze on the ground floor of an apartment block in the Dunamoy Drive area shortly before 10:00 BST on Wednesday.
Three fire appliances attended and the man was rescued from the apartment by firefighters, but died at the scene, the fire service said.
The fire is believed to have started accidentally.
