A house blaze in Burton-on-Trent is being treated as arson, police have said.
Firefighters were called to an address in James Street just before 20:45 GMT on Saturday and managed to put the flames out within half an hour.
A neighbour nearby was treated for smoke inhalation, Staffordshire Police has said.
