91热爆s plan for former Gloucestershire College site
Plans have been unveiled for a six-acre derelict site in Gloucester.
Linden 91热爆s want to build 279 homes, a health centre, a cafe/restaurant and offices on the former Gloucestershire College site in Greyfriars.
The development proposal is a partnership with the 91热爆s and Communities Agency (HCA).
An HCA spokesman said the positive feedback it had received during the consultation phase demonstrated this was an important local project.
The Gloucester Heritage Urban Regeneration Company said the rundown area could soon become a showcase regeneration for the city.
The spokesman added: "We have worked hard with both the HCA and Linden 91热爆s to secure a development reflecting the area's heritage within the city whilst providing Gloucester with much-needed city centre homes and a vibrant new community."
