Seven vehicles involved in A1307 crash at Swavesey
Seven vehicles have been involved in a crash on the A1307.
Police were called to the westbound carriageway at Swavesey, Cambridgeshire, at 06:55 GMT.
No one was seriously injured but the road between Swavesey and Fenstanton is likely to remain closed for several hours for vehicle recovery.
Officers urged drivers to take extra care "due to the weather conditions and icy road surfaces". The A1307 will be gritted before it reopens.
Police said a separate three-vehicle collision on the A1307's eastbound carriageway was reported just after 08:00, but the road is now cleared.
