Two charged with murdering Luton Sixth Form student

Two teenage boys have been charged with murdering a sixth form student.

Ashraf Habimana, 16, was stabbed on Nunnery Lane, Luton, on Friday, 29 September and died shortly afterwards in hospital.

Another teenage boy suffered serious injuries during the incident which happened at about 19:00 BST.

The teenagers, both aged 17 and who cannot be named for legal reasons, have also been charged with attempted murder and violent disorder.

They have been remanded into custody ahead of an appearance at Luton Magistrates' Court.

Ashraf was a student at Luton Sixth Form College.
