The star said a judge "found me to be innocent and now I'm able to go back there".
Henry, 15 from Suffolk, thought Snoop was "epic and brilliant".
His brother, 18-year-old Ed, said: "He's world famous and just being here in little old Norwich is insane."
Ed was also "really impressed" that Snoop Dogg was wearing a Norwich City top on stage.
The team play Middlesbrough in the Championship play-off final at Wembley on Monday.
"I love the fact he's got a Norwich shirt on," said 21-year-old Imogen from Hemel Hempstead.

Imogen's friend Naima told Newsbeat: "My friends went to Parklife last time and this is so much better."
