Bestival acts including The xx and Sigur Ros announced

The xx, Sigur Ros, Hot Chip and De La Soul are the latest acts to be announced for this year's Bestival.

Organiser and Radio 1 DJ Rob da Bank says the festival's headliners will be announced soon.

Orbital are performing in the Big Top on the Sunday night of the annual festival, which takes place on the Isle of Wight between 6-9 September.

Other acts confirmed are Two Door Cinema Club, Emeli Sande, The Horrors, Azealia Banks and Michael Kiwanuka.

This year's fancy dress theme was revealed as Wildlife last week.

Camping capacity at Robin Hill Country Park has been increased, with a vintage cinema showing 1930s films also new for 2012.

Radio 1 DJ Annie Mac will be at the festival along with 2manydjs, Jaguar Skills and DJ Yoda.

Bestival tickets will stay at 2011 prices for the next two weeks.
