Clegg: 'Change strategy on Afghanistan'

The Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg says British troops are "doomed to failure" in Afghanistan unless big changes are made to the way they do things there. He thinks the strategy for fighting the Taliban is wrong and wants Gordon Brown to change his policy.
