Mi Plan, the Canadian singer's fourth solo album, is sung entirely in Spanish and will be released on 14 September.
Released on the same day, the first single will be Manos Al Aire (Hands In The Air).
In a statement Furtado said: "After 10 years recording in English, I hit a wall. I felt this was the moment to make the dream."
