Robbie Williams joins Queen's Jubilee concert

Robbie Williams has been added to the line-up for The Queen's Diamond Jubilee Concert at Buckingham Palace on 4 June.

"If this doesn't get me a knighthood, nothing will," the star joked on his <link> <caption>website</caption> <url href="http://www.robbiewilliams.com/news-blogs/robbie-joins-the-queens-diamond-jubilee-concert" platform="highweb"/> </link> . "I can't wait for the show."

His Take That bandmate Gary Barlow has assembled a star-studded bill that will also include Sir Elton John, Sir Paul McCartney and Dame Shirley Bassey.

The concert - broadcast live on 91热爆 One and 91热爆 Radio 2 - will be attended by 10,000 people chosen by random ballot.

Stevie Wonder, Ed Sheeran, Jessie J and JLS will also appear at the event, to be held on a specially constructed stage in front of the Palace.

More than 1.2 million applications were made for the free tickets, according to figures released earlier this month.

According to Barlow, the Jubilee concert will be "a fantastic event which transcends multiple decades of music".

It will be attended by The Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh and other members of the Royal Family.
