Cultural Olympiad: Has it had any impact?

The Cultural Olympiad, spread over four years, is designed to give everyone in the UK a chance to be part of London 2012.

It has been running for three years and will reach its peak during the games next year.

Here, I explain why it has so far had little impact whilst Tony Hall, chair of the event, defends it.
