Teenage boys cleared of attempted murder
Two teenagers have been cleared of the attempted murder of a boy following a trial.
The 17-year-olds, both from Reading, were both found not guilty of one count of attempted murder at Reading Crown Court on 27 June.
A teenage boy was found with three stab wounds after an altercation in Hemdean Road, Caversham, on 9 August 2023.
Neither of the defendants can be named for legal reasons. One of the boys will face another trial on one count of causing grievous bodily harm with intent on a date yet to be confirmed.
