Man, 20, killed and driver injured in single car crash
A 20-year-old man has been killed in a single vehicle crash in West Lothian.
The man was a passenger in a black Audi S1 that crashed on Auldhill Road in Bridgend near Linlithgow at 20:35 on Monday evening.
The car driver, a 23-year-old man, was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment and has since been released.
The road has been closed for "essential maintenance" following the crash.
Police Scotland appealed for other road-users who were in the area at the time to .
Sgt Fraser Mitchel said: 鈥淚nquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances surrounding this incident and our thoughts and condolences are with the family and friends of the man who died."
