Man found critically injured on city street
A man is in a critical condition in hospital after he was discovered on a street in Londonderry with serious injuries.
Police and ambulance staff were called to the scene on Sackville Street at about 21:00 BST on Friday.
The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) said enquiries "are ongoing to establish the circumstances surrounding the injuries".
They appealed to witnesses who were in the Sackville Street or Strand Road area at the time, or anyone who has CCTV or dash cam footage, to contact detectives.
Belfast assault
Separately, three people have been released on bail after a man was assaulted in Belfast city centre on Saturday evening.
He was attacked by a number of people on Ormeau Avenue shortly before 21:00 BST.
Two women, aged 39 and 41, and a 38-year-old man were released on Monday.
